Chrissie is delighted to be joining the team working on an innovative new research project, funded by the Arts and Humanities Research Council in partnership with the University of Staffordshire and Keele University.<\/p>\n
During the summer 2013 participants will be taking part in \u2018creative meets medical\u2019 workshops in community, health and academic locations where they\u2019ll be reflecting creatively on their experiences of health, illness and medicine in North Staffordshire.<\/p>\n
These unique perspectives on people’s health experiences will help to inform medical practitioners and health policy makers, and contribute to future improvements in health and well-being in North Staffordshire.<\/p>\n
The stories and creative writings will be widely shared, through exhibitions, publications and radio broadcasts and these narratives will be valuable to sociologists, historians and health experts for many years to come.<\/p>\n
