To celebrate a decade of arts and creativity Erewash Borough Council are offering an exciting programme of creative arts activities at a variety of venues throughout the Borough.

Join us at Erewash Museum for a relaxed friendly and informal half day creative writing workshop led by local writer Chrissie Hall. We will be finding inspiration for our writing from the exhibits and collections within our local Award Winning Museum, Dalby House. This late Georgian house with Victorian extensions, formerly a family home and a school opened as a Museum in the 1980’s and has recently undergone a major refurbishment and extension with a ‘state of the art’ Old Stables Learning and Visitor Centre.

Beginners are welcome, the event will be accessible to all, suitable for all ages and abilities and no experience of writing is necessary to be able to enjoy this free event.
